For nearly 15 years, he has also led asset transformation and land development, applying structured execution to enhance productivity and unlock long term land potential.
Mr. Sanjay Surya holds a Master’s degree in Business Strategy from Cardiff University and directs VYON’s strategic evolution. He focuses on institutionalising systems, strengthening operational standards, and advancing a next-generation land transformation approach grounded in clarity, structure, and measurable outcomes.
